Published does not mean read.

Compliance policies, security rules, onboarding guides: some pages must be read, not just published. And you need to be able to prove it. ReadSeal turns that into a campaign, with a record sealed to the version each person read.

The company’s devices, accounts and networks are entrusted to you for work. This page says what is allowed, what is not, and what is monitored.

Lock your session as soon as you leave your desk. An open screen in an open-plan office is an invitation.

Only install software from the approved catalogue. For anything else, ask: the answer is often yes, and it comes quickly.

On a public network, go through the company VPN. The café Wi-Fi is very friendly, but it listens.

Never share your account: not with a colleague, not with a manager, not even “just for five minutes”.

Report any incident right away. Nobody will blame you for warning too early.

Specifications

  1. For readers

    A counter shows under the page title. It opens an “I have read it” button, with a statement to tick if the author wrote one. One click answers every pending campaign on that page.

  2. Reminders

    The organiser chooses: 7 days then 1 day before the deadline, then daily or weekly when overdue. Sent between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. in the campaign’s time zone, as a Confluence comment that only mentions the people concerned.

  3. Recurring campaigns

    Every year, half-year or quarter, with a separate record for each round.

  4. Control and traceability

    Only Confluence administrators and the groups they name manage campaigns. ReadSeal names every recipient who cannot access the page. Nobody can delete a campaign: closing it freezes the record.

  5. Privacy

    Everything runs on Atlassian. No external server, no email, no tracking.
